Rain, Snow, or Shine

An excerpt from my as yet unwritten autobiography:

"Standing there, under the porch light, I drew a deep breath. I had made it. I looked a disaster and felt worse. I wrung a few more cups of water from my hair, blouse and skirt before using my pruny fingers as squeegees to dry my face. Another breath and I rang the bell. As the door was cautiously opened, I mustered my pride and painted on my biggest smile. I never miss a lesson. Not even after a puddle-turned-tsunami nearly knocked me from my Schwinn and left me soaked to the bone, be-speckled with muck -resembling more tramp than lady. I could have turned around. Gone home. Rescheduled. But that’s not who I am..."

If you’re serious about learning the horn, I’ll be there.

Rain, snow, or shine -even tsunami.

Student Testimonials

Nothing means more to me than hearing from my students. While I cherish every note, I've selected the kindest words to share with you below. Contact me with any questions you may have. When you're ready, book a lesson.

Thank you Georgia! I wasn't sure about the French Horn when I took my first lesson, but you showed me what a beautiful instrument it is. Fast forward three years and i'm challenging for First Chair in my High School orchestra!

Frankie Bolder

Georgia is a hoot! She has a story for everything. Literally everything! I look forward to every lesson!

Quinn Davis

I can't say enough great things about Georgia. I thought my son's first weeks playing the horn would be the end of me -'practicing' sounded like a cat's agonizing death. But after just one lesson with Georgia, I heard real music! God bless her!
