I'm Will!

Growing up in a military family, it's always difficult to say where I'm from, but I currently live in the Seattle area. I'm a Product Manager with a passion for the user's experience. When I'm not working, you can usually find me watching a Seattle Sounders soccer game with my family.

I've returned to school after a 20-year hiatus to get my degree in Technical Communication with a focus on User Experience. While I've never felt the lack of degree has held me back in my career, it has always been an unfinished achievement. Somewhere during COVID I decided it was finally time to finish what I started.

​

Professional communication has always played a role in my career. Whether it is composing an e-mail or delivering a PowerPoint presentation, clear and concise communication is critical in the business setting. This is why, when I saw the Technical Communication, User Experience program offered online, I knew it would be a perfect fit.

​

I've created this site as a portfolio of the work I've done within the program and as evidence of my understanding and mastery of the program's intended outcomes.
